cancellation policy
Please note that we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and reschedules!
•Cancellations are accepted 24 hours or more before appointment time via Vagaro or by calling/texting us directly at 412.770.7451.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service and can only be done via calling/texting us directly at 412.770.7451.
•Cancellations made 2 hours or less before scheduled appointment will be subject to 100% charge of the scheduled service and can only be done via calling/texting us directly at 412.770.7451.
•Abbreviating your service upon arrival, with no notice, will result in 100% charge of that service abbreviated.
•No-shows will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service, and will not be able to schedule future appointments.
**A credit card is required to hold your appointment. It will only be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. We are not able to schedule future appointments when until payment of cancellation fee is properly made **

We understand that unforeseen things happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you at the time of your appointment. However, if you are 10 or more minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or abbreviate your scheduled services.
child policy
As much as we all love children, Shade focuses on a relaxing environment not only for you, but our other clients. We want to make sure you receive the best possible service with no interruptions. We do not have the space in our treatment rooms to host children. We ask that parents visit our studio without their children unless the child has an appointment.
Age Limits on our services:
body waxing: 18+
spray tanning: 14+ with parental consent
facial waxing: 14+ with parental consent
facials: 14+ with parental consent
all clients under the age of 18 will need to have a parent/guardian sign our release form before we can start your service. If a parent/guardian won't be coming to your appointment with you, please fill out this form here.
gift card policy
Gift cards can be purchased in-person or online. If purchased online, gift cards can be printed or emailed to the recipient. All gift cards purchased will be automatically saved to the recipients account at Shade Beauty Co. Gift Cards from Slate Nail Parlour cannot be used at Shade Beauty Co as they are entirely two separate entities.
